Shipping Policy

• As a standard, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
• For remote locations, it may take 8-10 working days for an order to reach the customer.
• All the products that are in stock, are dispatched within 2 business days.
• Bulk orders have a pre-defined delivery time, specified at time of placing the order.

• Shipping and Delivery charges are product and location specific. Shipping charges vary depending upon your pin code and weight and volume of the product. To know the shipping charges, enter your pin code on product details page or the Shopping Bag.
• You can track the shipment of your order on the website once it's shipped, till it's delivered. A direct link to the courier company's website will be sent to you via mail for real time tracking.
• We serve almost every pin code. Still, to know the availability in your locality and expected delivery time please enter pin code on product details page.
• For the efficient delivery of your products, we have a tie up with multiple courier companies.
• It might be possible that you may not receive all the products at once. This usually happens if you have ordered products that have different delivery time. In that case we find no reason to hold back the product with shorter delivery time, to ship it together with the other products (having longer delivery time). Therefore, in such cases, we split the order into 2 or more packages.
• We make best efforts to process your order flawlessly, but, if the article is tampered at the time of delivery please do not accept the same and inform us about the same, within 5 days, via mail or by calling us on +91 77110 71000.

There is a rare possibility that the product may not reach you in time. Unfortunately, if that happens, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Address is incomplete or incorrect
• No one is available at the address to receive the article

We do not ship to International destinations as of now, but one may place an order from anywhere in the world, to be delivered in India.
